"Clear and helpful communication"
YorkTest were really easy to get in touch with, and their emails were straightforward without loads of confusing jargon. I had a couple of questions along the way and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The replies felt personal too, not like a generic copy-and-paste response. Overall, the communication was very good and I felt kept in the loop throughout. I’d definitely give them 5 stars for that side of the experience...

I was a little unsure about putting health info online, so I did my usual quick checks: is the privacy info easy to find, does it sound clear, and do they start spamming me after? YorkTest passed those for me. The privacy details were straightforward, my results stayed in my account, and I didn’t get bombarded with random emails. Overall, it just felt like my data was being handled properly.

"Pretty accurate and helpful"
I tried YorkTest and, uh, the results actually lined up with things I’d already been noticing after eating certain meals. I cut out a few of the foods they flagged and started feeling better quickly. Overall it seemed reliable to me, and I don’t really have any complaints

I did notice my symptoms start to improve, which I’m really glad about. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I had to be patient with it. Overall, I’d say it worked for me, just not super quickly...

"Finally, a site that didn’t make things difficult"
I was expecting yorktest.com to be another one of those sites where you end up clicking around forever and getting nowhere, because that usually seems to happen to me. But I found what I needed quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and booking was straightforward. It was actually a relief not to feel like I had to fight the website just to get something done.

I found the dietary guidance from YorkTest actually useful. Easy to understand it was, and it gave me a clear idea of which foods to avoid and what I could try instead. It didn’t feel too strict either, which I liked. For planning meals day to day, it helped me a bit better than I expected.

"I had to get in touch…"
I had to get in touch with yorktest.com about my order and the service was okay overall. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once to get things moving. The person I spoke to was polite and did sort it out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think for customers like me who are waiting on an order, clearer updates and quicker replies would make a big difference. Not a bad experience, but definitely room to improve.

"Helpful and Mostly Clear Results"
I found the YorkTest report easy to get through, and the layout made sense to me. I appreciated that the results weren’t packed with confusing jargon, which made it feel a lot more approachable. To be fair, there were a couple of sections where I had to go back and read them twice to figure out exactly what I should do next. But overall, it was clear enough, useful, and gave me a good understanding of my results.

"Helpful Results, Even If I Wish It Explained More"
I got my results back quickly, it pointed out a few foods I wouldn’t have guessed were an issue for me. I know some people might be skeptical, but cutting back on those foods actually did seem to help. The only thing I’ll say is the report could’ve gone into a bit more detail, because I had to figure some of it out on my own.

"Helpful results, but a bit uneven"
I got some useful results out of it, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. That said, the service felt slow at times, which made it a little frustrating. Overall, I’m kind of on the fence, there’s definitely value here, but I’m not fully convinced yet.
